Just two weeks after winning the Best Actress Oscar for her role in Poor Thingsby Yorgos Lanthimos, Emma Stone is at the heart of the first trailer for Kinds of Kindnessthe next film from the prolific Greek filmmaker.
The two-time Oscar winner is not the only renowned actress in the credits. We also find Jesse Plemons, Willem Dafoe, Margaret Qualley, Hong Chau, Joe Alwyn, Mamoudou Athie and Hunter Schafer.
Written by Yorgos Lanthimos and Efthimis Filippou, who are teaming up again after collaborating on the scripts for Dogtooth, Alps, The Lobster And The Killing of a Sacred Deer, Kinds of Kindness is a fable divided into three parts. We follow a man trying to take control of his life, a police officer troubled by the return of his wife lost at sea who now seems a different person and a woman determined to find an individual destined to become a spiritual leader.
Kinds of Kindness will be on display on June 21.
