Kim Jong-un praised the Russian army, “heroic”according to his terms. “We are confident that the Russian army and people will achieve a great victory in the sacred struggle to punish the gathering of evil”declares the North Korean leader. The Kremlin evokes an interaction in the military domain by specifying that no document had to be signed. Moscow could help North Korea build satellites. The two leaders are to meet again at Vladivostok for a demonstration of the military navy.
