We had missed them! Keanu Reeves and his girlfriend Alexandra Grant made their public comeback last weekend in Los Angeles at a Charity Gala. An appearance of the couple that we expected more, almost two years after their last red carpet. And obviously their complicity has not aged a bit.
It was at the MOCA Gala, a fundraiser that took place at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles that this amazing appearance took place. After two years of absence, the famous actor of Matrix and the artist swept away the rumors that said they were separated to bring their relationship to light. Kenau, with his now well-known long hair, sported a gorgeous blue suit over a white shirt. As for Alexandra, it was for a superb elegant long red dress that she had chosen. The two lovers remained very close during the entire event (see slideshow).
Keanu and Alexandra have been officially dating since 2019 and arrived arm-in-arm at the LACMA gala. Before that, the two had met in 2010 and remained close. In 2017, they even created an art book publishing house called X Artists’ Books. Time has finally made them more than friends.
The relationship with Alexandra was like a sentimental rebirth for the actor, who had not appeared with a woman since the sudden death of his ex, Jennifer Lymein 2001. A terrible period for the actor who, despite his success on the screen in Matrix (1999) is hit by two dramas in quick succession. First, Jennifer’s delivery of a stillborn baby. An event that will weaken the couple and tip the 27-year-old young woman at the time into depression. The latter will end up killing herself in a road accident caused by a mixture of alcohol with drugs. The actor will have taken nearly 20 years to find love.
