Kate Middleton snubbed in Jamaica: a Miss World totally ignores her…

Sacred gusts on the side of Jamaica, March 22, 2022. Kate Middleton and Prince William, who have just left Belize, traveled to Norman Manley Airport in Kingston as part of their official trip organized to celebrate the platinum jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II, her 70 years of reign. And while the welcome was warm, in a sense, for the Duchess and Duke of Cambridge, it was also a bit chilly.

The wind was blowing hard, very hard, on Norman Manley’s tarmac. So much so that Kate Middleton struggled to keep her hair in place when she arrived in Kingston. The mother of George, Charlotte and Louis had however made a royal effort. After leaving Belize dressed in orange and white, she stepped off the plane in a sublime yellow dress, signed Roksanda, matching the flag of Jamaica. But just like the Duchess’ locks, the fabric flew with the weather.

Of course, the weather was not the only one to be capricious, on this Tuesday, March 22, 2022. Kate Middleton and Prince William are traveling to the Caribbean hoping to strengthen ties between England and the countries of the Commonwealth. But not all locals are thrilled to see the couple casually showing up, as are Lisa Hanna, a former Miss World (1993) who embraced a political career with the People’s National Party, which advocated an end to the intervention of the British monarchy. Sitting next to Kate Middleton, this ex-beauty queen did not hesitate to blithely ignore the Duchess of Cambridge, striking images that turn on Twitter.
