Quebec animated film Katak, the brave belugawhich will hit theaters Spring Break 2023, features a rich cast.
Yves Jacques, Mario Saint-Amand, Ginette Reno, Ludivine Reding, Maxime Leflaguais, Guylaine Tremblay and Marie-Thérèse Fortin (among others!) lend their voices to characters in the film, which takes place in the world of wildlife and the aquatic flora of Quebec.
Actor Alexandre Bacon plays the main character, Katak, an overprotected young beluga who goes in search of his grandfather in the waters of the St. Lawrence River towards the Arctic.
It is the fifth animated film for the company 10e Ave Production (The legend of Sarila, The rooster of St-Victor, Felix and the Treasure of Morgäa).
