Singer Kanye West, just divorced from Kim Kardashian, has not finished his war of exes. So much so that the multi-award-winning artist was simply banned from Instagram for 24 hours after attacks on pete davidsonthe new companion of his ex-wife and Trevor Noah.
This is news that will in no way help the image of the American star. Accustomed to excesses, the rapper saw his Instagram account suspended, as announced Page Six. Indeed, a spokesperson for the Meta group announced to our colleagues that the latter had violated the rules of decorum by uttering hate speech, threats and insults. This is a first warning for the 44-year-old rapper, as the group said, who could pay more in the event of a repeat offense.
Kanye West had targeted comedian Pete Davidson, Kim Kardashian’s new companion and South African comedian Trevor Noah in recent weeks. In effect, the American rapper had used a racist term to refer to the actor. The war had started following the statements of the latter on the divorce of Kim Kardashian, regretting that Kanye West clings to his ex-wife: “What is happening to Kim Kardashian is terrifying, it highlights what many women who want to leave go through.“
He went on to draw a parallel between Kim Kardashian’s divorce troubles and her stepfather’s childhood abuse, saying people also think that “his mother was ‘exaggerating’ before he shot her in the head.“The South African had finally explained himself with the help of a metaphor comparing the situation of certain women to an avoidable accident:”As a society we have to ask ourselves questions, do you want to stand with your arms crossed in front of a car accident when we all saw it coming?“
