Julia and Kanye met last December. The actress had formalized their relationship in January, telling their first dates to Interview magazine. “Everything is very natural. I don’t know where it will take us but (…) I love the experience“, she confided at the time. The couple baptized JuliYe then chained outings, notably going to Paris for Men’s Fashion Week and Haute Couture.
This promising relationship therefore ended on Valentine’s Day, but Julia is not sad for all that! The heroine of the film Uncut Gems celebrated the lovers’ day at a fashion show. She was the star model of the LaQuan Smith fashion show, who presented her new collection (fall-winter 2022-2023) at New York Fashion Week.
For his part, Kanye spent his Valentine’s Day expressing his desire for reconciliation with Kim Kardashian on Instagram. The rapper and fashion designer notably posted a screenshot of a text message exchange with his ex-wife, who asked him why he was telling the content of their discussions. “Because I received a message from my favorite person in the world. I’m your #1 fan. Why don’t I tell everyone?“Ye answered him.
Kanye and Kim began their love story in 2012. They had the first of their four children (a daughter named North) in June 2013, got engaged in October of the same year and then married in April 2014 in Florence, in Italy.
Kim filed for divorce on February 19, 2021.
