On the evening of February 11, 2022, a violent shooting erupted near the Pacific Design Center after a party held to celebrate Super Bowl LVI. The altercation reportedly took place shortly after Justin Bieber’s performance outside the club The Nice Guy. According to TMZit all allegedly started as Kodak Black, Gunna and Lil Baby stood in the street and took pictures with fans.
Suddenly, an altercation allegedly broke out with a group of men who were seated around a red Ferrari. 10 shots reportedly rang out and rapper Kodak Black was shot in the leg. A total of four people were reportedly injured. All were taken to hospital and are now in stable condition.
According to CNNLOfficer Drake Madison explained that a “physical altercation between several people took place then a dozen shots were fired by a suspect who then fled the sceneHe also added that this shooting was not gang related and that a suspect had been identified, with no arrests yet made.
“The fight is thought to have started with someone from Kodak Black’s inner circle (…) After others rushed in, shots were fired…and then all hell broke loose unleashed“, told a source to Page Six. As a reminder, Kodak Black was already sentenced to prison in 2019 for possession of firearms. In 2021, he was pardoned by former President Donald Trump.
Many personalities were present at this evening, Justin Bieber and his wife Hailey Baldwin, but also Leonardo DiCaprio, Tobey Maguire, Khloe Kardashian, Nicole Scherzinger, Joan Smalls, Heidi Klum and her husband Bill Kaulitz, Joseph Schwarzenegger, Amber Rose, Kendall Jenner , Barbara Palvin or even Drake.
