” It’s the fun for him. He scored his first NHL goal in Montreal in front of quite an exceptional crowd. For his first goal, he fired a perfect shot. It was nice to see that. It won’t be his last goal. »

Like Barron, Jordan Harris got his start at the Bell Centre. The former Northeastern University Huskies captain made his debut with a most honest game. He played 17:56 alongside Savard, finishing with a +1 record.
“I didn’t know him very well. He moves well, he makes the right decisions, defensively or offensively. He does not place himself in trouble. It is nice to see. Brendan Gallagher didn’t just vent his frustration against Tim Stützle. He held a much more glowing speech for his young teammate Justin Barron.
“It’s still very early. He scored a great goal with a smart shot. He placed himself in the perfect place and he anticipated the game. He does a lot of good reading, he has great potential. The talent is there. I hope we can help him. It shows promising signs. »
