The president of the National Rally, Jordan Bardella, was the guest of “20 Heures” on France 2, this Thursday, September 26. The MEP spoke on the murder of the young Filipina, perpetrated by a Moroccan under OQTF. A drama that shakes the political class: “Philippine was 19 years old and his life was taken from him by an illegal, repeat offender, known to the police and the justice system. He was released even though his dangerousness was known”underlined the representative of the far-right party, who believes that “justice was irresponsible”.
“Judicial laxity has dramatic consequences on insecurity”continued Jordan Bardella, supporter of greater firmness, who recalls that “in a few days”his troops “will propose the reinstatement of double punishment” in the National Assembly. “We consider that from the moment a foreigner on French soil commits a crime or misdemeanor, he must be immediately expelled”he added, recalling the measures defended by his party to compensate for certain judicial failings.
