Justice on Tuesday again ordered the referral of Jean-Marc Morandini to the criminal court for “corruption of minors”. The lawyer for the television host announces that she is appealing.

The Paris Court of Appeal validated Tuesday, November 23 the referral to the criminal court of Jean-Marc Morandini for “corruption of minors”, Franceinfo learned from a judicial source, confirming information from BFMTV. The examining magistrate had already requested this referral at first instance but the lawyers of the host of CNews and NRJ12 had appealed and filed requests for new acts of investigation. The investigating chamber of the Court of Appeal therefore rejected these requests.
“We are going to appeal to the Supreme Court”, announced to AFP the lawyer of Jean-Marc Morandini, Me Corinne Dreyfus-Schmidt. Now 56 years old, Jean-Marc Morandini was indicted in 2016. Two young men, minors at the material time, accuse him of having made them sexual proposals in 2009 and 2013. They assure that the host and producer allegedly demanded of them nude scenes during the casting and filming of a web series called The Falcons.
