A second complaint filed by Anthony Delon
Invited on the set of “Télématin”, Thursday July 6, Me Franck Cohen, lawyer in criminal law, clarified that the abuse of weakness is a criminally reprehensible offense. He is punished with a sentence of up to three years’ imprisonment and a fine of 375,000 euros. Alain Delon has since dismissed his friend from her home. His eldest son, Anthony Delon, also filed a second complaint, in particular for willful violence and kidnapping. The Montargis prosecutor’s office (Loiret) indicates that it is studying these two complaints.
