Indeed, as she revealed to our colleagues, Caroline Margeridon is now applying to participate in Mask Singer, the show in which Chantal Ladesou, Laurent Ruquier, Inès Reg and Kev Adams try to unmask the celebrities who hide behind magnificent costumes. The show, which will return in a few weeks for a season 6, has so far seen some pretty names come through, like those of Laurence Boccolini, Igor and Grichka Bogdanoff, Lio, and even international stars such as David Hasselhoff, Anastacia and Seal. Caroline Margeridon, followed by nearly 200,000 fans on social networks, wants to be there for season 7even if the latter has not yet been signed.
“As long as they’re family shows and real, I’ll go for it. For example, I would be happy to participate in Mask Singer. Of course, it must also be physical to wear a costume, but I think I would experience it better than the naked costumes of Dancing with the Stars” said the fifty-year-old. In this same interview, Caroline Margeridon returned to the friendship she formed with Sophie Davant, the former host of Affaire concluded with whom she now teams up on Europe 1 every afternoon. The DALS candidate revealed that her friend had been approached by the production, and would love to participate, but had to refuse because of her employers: “I would love to see her on the show and I keep telling her. I’m sure she would win. Sophie is so sporty. In addition, when she has a project, she gives herself the means to succeed. His TV career proves it. She’s a true professional. The hardest part would be to convince her but I think the production has already contacted her.” So, will Sophie Davant take the plunge for the 2025 season? Nothing is less sure !
