French author Julia Malye will be in Montreal next week to present her fourth novel, Louisiana.
Described as an unforgettable fresco which tells the story of three young women sent to Louisiana in the 18th centurye century, to marry colonists there, it was written in parallel in French and English, after eight years of research. The novel is also being translated in around twenty countries and will also be adapted into a series. The talk will be followed by a signing session.
