He never does anything like the others. Jul, the Marseille rap star chose a Thursday afternoon, at 3 p.m., to unveil the new project of the Marseille rapper collective, 13 Organized II. Nine rappers from the Phocaean city (Jul, SCH, Naps, Kofs, Alonzo, Soso Maness, Elams, Solda and Houari) have come together for Organized gang 2four years after the first opus.

The single, which is over six minutes long, has the difficult task of succeeding one of the most listened to tracks in France in recent years, Organized gang. The latter peaks at 524 million views on YouTube and 274 million streams on the Spotify platform.

In the clip of Organized gang 2, viewed more than 500,000 times in half a day, a tribute is paid to Marseille and OM. We can see in particular images filmed a few days earlier on the Old Port or the Corniche.

Perched on a double-decker bus, the rappers stroll through the center of Marseille, surprising many fans. This single announces the release of an upcoming album that involves the entire city. The clip also features well-known personalities, such as comedian Redouane Bougheraba and videographer Mohammed Henni.

Present in the project, the rapper Naps, author of The Kiffance in 2021, was indicted in early August. He is accused of two “rapes and sexual assaults” by three young women before being placed under judicial supervision by the judge of liberties and detention. This case comes at a time when the singer has already been referred to the Paris criminal court for an alleged rape committed in 2021. His presence was strongly criticized on social networks.
