Jubillar affair: How Cédric tried to accuse Delphine’s lover …

Suspected of having revealed the place where Delphine Jubillar would be buried to his former fellow inmate, Cédric would also have tried to accuse the former lover of his wife of murder according to The Parisian. In a relationship with a man living in Montauban at the time of his disappearance, Delphine planned to rebuild her life with him after her divorce from Cédric. Currently imprisoned in Seysses prison near Toulouse since June 2021, the 34-year-old painter-plasterer allegedly tried to clear himself and have his former rival accused by moving the body of his wife – whom he would have buried near “from a farm that burned down“in Cagnac-les-Mines – near her lover’s home in Montauban. A macabre plan denounced by a former co-inmate of Cédric Jubillar who wished to report to investigators the remarks allegedly made by Louis and Elyah’s dad in prison.

For his part, the one nicknamed “the Lover of Montauban” – in a relationship with Delphine Jubillar since the summer of 2020 – has been exonerated in this case. A time suspected of possibly being involved in the disappearance of Albi’s nurse, the man was finally cleared of all suspicion after a search of his house which ultimately gave nothing. Married when he was in a relationship with Delphine, his wife was also exonerated in this affair. She had also been suspected of being involved in the disappearance of the nurse, in particular because of 145 calls made to an unknown number at the time of Delphine’s disappearance. Finally, the gendarmes had discovered that it was not a question of suspicious calls but simply of the use of applications on his phone.

Recently, Cédric Jubillar’s new girlfriend, Séverine, was arrested by the gendarmes on December 15. Placed in custody for “concealment of a corpse”, she was suspected of having seen Delphine’s corpse and of knowing where she is. Due to a lack of evidence, it was finally retained only 38 hours, out of the legal 48 hours.

Cédric Jubillar remains presumed innocent of the facts with which he is accused until the final judgment of this case.
