A family adventure
For several years, Mathieu Nave, a cook by training, has offered a catering service in Pau. Wishing to offer his dishes in a restaurant, he embarked on the adventure accompanied by his wife, Magali Nave Reca and her sister, Laura Lascassies, who are passionate about cooking.
Since March 1st, it is within the Jòïa Mâa that the three partners offer a punchy cuisine!

Designed exclusively with local and seasonal products, all the dishes offered at Jòïa Mâa are 100% homemade. The team offers traditional local cuisine which aims to warm the heart.
In a room combining modern decoration with the charm of exposed beams and stones, it’s “like at home” that you can enjoy a weekly menu consisting of 2 starters, 3 main courses and 2 desserts.
The Jòïa Mâa, at 1 rue du Hédas in Pau, is open Tuesday to Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. and Thursday to Saturday from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
