15 years later, the company has developed well: today, Johanna SOTON works in a 350 m² building, manufactures her products in a 120 m² cheese factory with European standards equipped with modern equipment and her herd counts 140 dairy goats!
But the evolution of her profession does not only concern the equipment: her products improve over time and the “settings” that she tries and which allow her to correct the situation.
