The President of the United States, Joe Biden, and his wife Jill Biden will be received by Emmanuel Macron on June 8 in Paris, the Elysée announced Thursday, May 30. it’s about the “first state visit” of the American leader in France, added the presidency. This visit “will be preceded by the commemorations of the 80th anniversary of the Landing” ally during the Second World War, which will take place on Saturday June 6 in Normandy, and which will be attended by the American president and his partner.

In a press release, the White House specified that Joe Biden would be in France from June 5 to 9.
