(OSAN AIR BASE) Joe Biden landed in South Korea on Friday for his first trip to Asia as president, a tour over which hangs the shadow of a possible North Korean nuclear test.

The American president must first go to a factory of Samsung, the South Korean tech giant, in Pyeongtaek, south of Seoul, where he is to meet the new president Yoon Suk-yeol for the first time.
