Declared positive for COVID-19 for the first time on July 21, Joe Biden had been declared negative, then suffered a “rebound” of positivity on July 30.
Isolated in the White House for a week, the president should resume his travels soon. According to his official agenda, he must go to the American state of Kentucky, victim of devastating floods.
