Joe Biden said Tuesday, October 11 that Vladimir Putin was wrong about Ukraine. “I think he is a rational person who clearly misjudged” the situation in the country, said thee american president in an interview with CNN (in English). “He thought he was going to be welcomed with open arms (…) and I think he made a complete miscalculation”continued Joe Biden.
