It’s a final lap as moving as it is sad for Jo Wilfried Tsonga, who announced a few months ago that he was going to end his career. What could be better for the 37-year-old champion than to say goodbye to the world of tennis at home, at Roland-Garros, in front of his audience. The Australian Open runner-up has already played in a Porte d’Auteuil semi-final and today’s match against No. 8 Casper Ruud could well be the last of his long and successful career. To cope with the torrent of emotion he will have during the match, Gaël Monfils’ great friend knows that he can count on his loved ones and in particular his wife, Noura El Shwekh.
The two lovebirds have been in a relationship for many years and their first moments together date back to 2015. The beautiful brunette is from Switzerland, where the player settled in 2008. It is in the country of watches and chocolate that the couple will meet and since then they have not left each other. If they are rather discreet about their relationship, Noura follows her man everywhere on the planet to support him. In November 2016, they also announced the pregnancy of his companion, who will give birth to little Sugar on March 24, 2017.
A second child last July
After several years of relationship, Jo-Wilfried Tsonga decides to marry Noura and the ceremony will take place in Beaujolais, within the superb Château de Bagnols, in July 2018. Their idyll continues even more and in June 2021 , rumors announce that the young woman is pregnant again. Information confirmed since she gave birth on July 27, 2021 to a second baby boy, whose first name has not yet been revealed.
