The people of sound offers you on the occasion of this music festival 2022 an immersion in the very blues universe of the group Joharpo. A carte blanche recorded at the Audio Arts Studio in Savel in the Diois
Le Peuple du son invites you to get to know the 3 members of the Joharpo group, musicians and singers from Drôme. Jonathan Callet on vocals, guitar, banjo and harmonica is accompanied by Seb Genty on guitar and bass and Aurelle Jo on drums and percussion.
The 3 musicians have forged a sound identity tinged with blues and their universe transports us to the roots of American folk music. To create their signature sound, Joharpo works closely with sound engineer and musician Simmon Widdowson.
Throughout this documentary in the form of a carte blanche, France Bleu Drôme Ardèche takes you to the heart of the Audio Arts Studio, located in Savel in the town of Rimon and Savel in the south-east of Drôme, which welcomed us for a live session.
