JK Rowling threatened with death, the famous writer steps up after the disclosure of her personal address!

It is a scandal that tarnishes the reputation of JK Rowling. For several months, the writer has had to face virulent attacks on social networks. The cause ? Last year, the author of the Harry Potter saga shocked public opinion following transphobic tweets. On his social networks, the star had relayed an article focused on “people who have their period”. Taken aback by the subject, JK Rowling made a real outcry because of her legend … ignoring the existence of menstruating men and unregulated women. “I’m sure there is a word for these people. Someone help me, Wumben? Wimpund? Woomud? (Editor’s note: woman editor’s note)”, she wrote under the post.

Despite the controversy, the novelist tried to justify herself. “If genders don’t exist, neither does same-sex attraction. If genders don’t exist, neither do women around the world.”, added JK Rowling. Or : “My life has been shaped by being a woman. I don’t think it’s abhorrent to say that.”. Boycotted for the 20 years of fiction because of her words, the happy mother of three children seems to be totally overwhelmed by the situation.

On a daily basis, JK Rowling has reportedly been threatened with death several times. According to him, his personal address was recently disclosed on the Web. This Monday, November 22, 2021, the artist took to his social networks to share his dismay. “Last Friday, my family’s address was revealed on Twitter, by three militant activists who photographed themselves outside our house, making sure our address was visible.”, she said on the famous service.

In her post, JK Rowling also addressed a few of her fans who support her in times of adversity. “I would like to warmly thank everyone who reported the image. Your kindness and decency made all the difference for me and my family.”, concluded the author who hopes that the authorities will settle this story as soon as possible.
