(Edmonton) Jesse Puljujarvi agreed to a one-year, $3 million contract with the Edmonton Oilers on Tuesday.

The Swedish forward set a career-high 36 points last season, including 22 assists.
He scored 14 goals, one goal shy of his career high.
Puljujarvi has provided two goals and nine points in his first six games of the season.
The 24-year-old added two goals and three points in 16 playoff games.
A fourth-round pick of the Oilers in 2016, Puljujarvi has 46 goals and 98 points in the National League in 259 games.
