After Jean Dujardin, Guillaume Canet or Jamel Debbouze, Jérôme Commandeur was Alain Chabat’s guest of honor on November 24 on the “Late with Chabat”. The actor notably found the singer Angèlme who came to talk about the end of his tour in France which will take place on December 2 and 3 at the U2 Arena. The comedian also recounted his first rather disarming meeting with the Belgian singer.
“So we know each other because we shot in the next Asterix ensemble by Guillaume Canet. Not yours, we weren’t born“, began Jérôme Commandeur addressing the host. “And so it’s very funny because when we met on the set, I saw Angèle and like everyone else I adore Angèle, and so I ran up to her and said ‘Ah Angèle I love you very much’ and here I wanted to sympathize a little and she turned on her heels and she left. She gave me a wind“, said the comedian. “Well it’s something I do very often and I’m really touched that you remember it“, replied the interpreter of “Brussels, I love you”
“And then an hour ago in the dressing rooms, I said ‘Ah Angèle, do you remember you gave me a wind…’ And at “V” of wind she had already left“, continued the guest of Alain Chabat. Before adding: “When you don’t feel you aren’t interested I noticed, you’re very strict about it.” “Yeah but I learned to listen to myself“, then launched Angèle. “And yes that’s also the big family of cinema, we think they’re friends and in fact not at all“, concluded Alain Chabat with humor and second degree, like the one who visibly punctuated the sequence.
