Vincent Peltier is a civil servant. It was his childhood dream, it became a reality. He exercises his profession in the service of the forests and waters of Limoges with passion. So when the Minister of the Public Service (played by Gérard Darmon) announces that positions will be cut in the public service, Vincent decides to do everything to keep his job.
