Jérémie Ladreit de Lacharrière, son of businessman Marc Ladreit de Lacharrière, is suspected of possession, import and recording of child pornography images, franceinfo learned on Sunday January 30, confirming information from the Parisian.
The 44 year old man was presented to an investigating judge on January 14 and then brought before the Paris Criminal Court as part of an immediate appearance. The hearing was adjourned, the court having ordered a psychological and psychiatric expertise. Pending the new hearing, he was remanded in custody.
The 40-year-old lives in Paris and manages a production company. His father, Marc Ladreit de Lacharriere had been given an eight-month suspended prison sentence as part of a guilty plea procedure in one of the aspects of the Fillon affair. He had offered a job of convenience to Pénélope Fillon at the “Revue des deux mondes”, a publication of which he is the owner.
