Free-range and quality poultry, discover Maison Rifflard in La Cerleau

Jean-Yves Rifflard presents to us this morning his small breeding, 250 laying hens and between 200 and 300 chickens. Poultry raised in the open air, fed with wheat and corn but also with what the earth offers them.

The chickens are slaughtered at around 90 days of age in an approved slaughterhouse.

We are also interested in the history of the hen in the pot and its link with the history of France thanks to Patrick Demouy, historian.
