It’s the law of series among French celebrities. After Bruno Guillon, Vitaa, Nikos Aliagas, Sylvie Tellier and Cyril Lignac, it is now Jean-Luc Reichmann who was targeted by a commando who wanted to burglarize his home. The host of “12 strokes of noon”on TF1, which also appears in the series “Léo Matteï, Minors’ Brigade” spoke following the attempted intrusion which took place during the night from Wednesday to Thursday, in his house in Neuilly-sur-Seine.

“We are shocked

“Thank you for your messages. Last night we were victims of an attempted intrusion into our home. We are shocked, but we are fine. Great respect to all the Security and Police services for the efficiency you have demonstrated” explained the star in a relationship with Nathalie Lecoultre.

Last night, as our colleagues from Le Parisien report, around two in the morning, several hooded men had climbed the gate of the host’s property in Neuilly-sur-Seine. After trying to break into the house, it was the host’s son who surprised them and they fled. What followed was a chase with the BAC, between Neuilly, Levallois, then Epinay.

Five men in custody

In the end, five men suspected of having attempted to rob Jean-Luc Reichmann were picked up by the police. They are currently in police custody for “criminal conspiracy to commit a crime” And “attempted intentional homicide of a person holding public authority”. The Nanterre public prosecutor’s office entrusted the investigation to the Hauts-de-Seine territorial security, as reported by Le Figaro.
