As the first round of the legislative elections is fast approaching, the Prime Minister, Élisabeth Borne, is the guest of 19/2, Wednesday June 8. The head of government is wary of Jean-Luc Mélenchon and NUPES. “The candidates he has invested carry a project that is very different from the one we carry, and which would be harmful“, she believes. To this, the Prime Minister opposes “very concrete answers“, which will concern “purchasing power and health“. Moreover, Elisabeth Borne affirms that she wants “provide structural responses on equal opportunities” and on carbon neutrality“.

Continuing to attack the project led by NUPES, Élisabeth Borne explains that the project led by Jean-Luc Mélenchon “aims to isolate [le] country”, just like he”would impoverish [le] country, French women and men“. The Prime Minister then called on the French to give a majority to Emmanuel Macron, “to implement the project that was supported by the President of the Republic“.
