Wednesday June 15, Emmanuel Macron, traveling in Romania, responded to Jean-Luc Mélenchon. The two men oppose each other, four days before the second round of the legislative elections.
Traveling to a NATO military base in Romania, Wednesday June 15, Emmanuel Macron is caught up in the legislative elections, the second round of which takes place in four days. Jean-Luc Mélenchon accused the President of “to despise the French”starting on the move during the in-between-turns. “You will have to explain to me how coming to the soldiers is a form of contempt”replies the head of state.
Before his departure, Emmanuel Macron spoke on the tarmac to ask the French for a solid majority in the National Assembly. “Before leaving, he gave us a sketch on the tarmac, so that doesn’t usually exist in the French tradition. (…) Trump was a specialist in that, before getting on the plane, he insulted everything the world”, attacked Jean-Luc Mélenchon, outgoing deputy (La France insoumise) of Bouches-du-Rhône. This one wants to present itself as the first opponent of the President.
