Jean-Luc Lahaye, repeat offender?
Jean-Luc Lahaye had already been sentenced, in 2007, to a fine of € 10,000 for “sexual impairment on a 15-year-old minor“. The charges against the companion of the young Paola are therefore subsequent to this first sentence. Major today, the two plaintiffs were 15 and 17 years old at the time. Their mothers, suspected of non-denunciation of crime and of complicity rape of a minor over 15 years old were also taken into police custody, one extended while the second was released without prosecution.
Jean-Luc and Margaux Lahaye remain presumed innocent of the charges, as well as the other protagonists of these cases, until the final judgment.
