Jean-Luc Lahaye accused of rape: things are going bad for his daughter Margaux…

Jean-Luc Lahaye has been imprisoned in the Paris Health prison for three months. Locked in a quarter reserved for “sensitive personalities“, the 69-year-old singer is indicted for “rape of minors“since November 17, 2021. But in this sordid affair, he is not the only one to risk big. Three people would have helped him to exert a hold on the two women who accuse him: the two mothers of the complainants and Margaux Lahaye, the artist’s daughter.

They had both been placed in police custody last November at the Central Office for the Suppression of Violence against Persons but were quickly released. Margaux Lahaye had found her home, in particular, because of her disability – she has been paraplegic since an accidental fall. But this Monday, January 24, 2022, the 37-year-old young woman will have to report. She was “summoned by the investigating judge in charge of the case to an interrogation with a view to an indictment for ‘witness tampering”, according to the information of the newspaper The Parisian.

Margaux Lahaye is actually suspected of having exerted pressure on one of the complainants, aged 14 to 16 at the time of the events. She would have acted as an intermediary when her father was prohibited from contacting the teenager, since he had been convicted of “corruption of minor” in 2015. Margaux would have, among other things, organized a meeting in the Bois de Boulogne for her father to intimidate the teenager before the judgment. An email dating from 2014, in which she tells one of the victims what she had to tell the police, was also found at his Parisian home during the search which took place last November.

Would she be an additional victim? Margaux Lahaye acknowledges having contacted the complainant but claims to have been manipulated by her father, who at the time promised to maintain a purely virtual relationship with the teenager. Margaux is not the only one who will have to answer the questions of the investigators. The mothers of the two victims will be heard on January 26 and 27, 2022. Aged 49 and 53, they were perfectly aware that their very young daughters had sexual relations with Jean-Luc Lahaye. One had already taken her daughter to the hotel so she could join the singer in his room. The other would have filmed his daughter in the act…

Jean-Luc Lahaye remains presumed innocent of the charges against him until the final judgment of this case.
