“This copy constitutes an act of infringement. We will seize the competent courts if necessary.” The deputy and presidential candidate Jean Lassalle accused, Friday, January 14, Eric Zemmour of having plagiarized the logos of his movement Résistons! and asks him to change those of Reconquête!, under penalty of legal action.

“These logos are almost complete copies of the logos of the Résistons! movement which have been used for more than 5 years”, reacted in a letter of formal notice published on Twitter, Maxime Seno, who presents himself as the lawyer for the Résistons! associations. “The only difference” is “the order of the colors (a white letter on a blue background vs a blue letter on a white background), with a red exclamation point in both cases”, he says.

“The proximity of the logos (…) is such that it constitutes in fact an act of counterfeiting, which cannot last”, he adds in this letter dated Friday and addressed to the legal representative of Reconquête!, who is asked to “cease the use of the disputed logos within eight days”.
