While he has been asked several times to open up a little more and confide in his feelings, Jean-Daniel has not succeeded, always preferring to talk about his job or his cows. His distance from Zakia can be explained by the fact that the farmer was chilled by his pressures at a dinner party. He felt then that she was just not made for him. A feeling that was confirmed during the last episode, where they only exchanged cordial discussions. On the other hand, Jean-Daniel had a real crush on Céline. Problem, his Swiss compatriot does not share his feelings and sees him only as a good friend.
During an evening in the company of Jean-Daniel’s friends, she admitted to having reservations and regretting her difficulty in projecting herself into a romantic future. Celine then does not want to be the one who could help her free herself and therefore made the decision to leave. Same decision on the side of Zakia, much more disappointed with her adventure.
