Jade and Joy Hallyday are going to speak on TV for the first time, on M6!

It’s been almost five years since Johnny Hallyday breathed his last at the age of 74. To this day, his fans and those around him continue to mourn his passing. On a daily basis, his widow Laeticia Hallyday struggles to perpetuate his musical heritage. On December 8, M6 will offer its viewers an unprecedented report on the talier. Thus, exclusive images will be unveiled in broad daylight… Thanks to the mother of Jade Joy.

For 20 years, the businesswoman took pleasure in immortalizing all their daily lives out of sight. “ Like many families, I had got into the habit with Johnny of filming moments of life “, explained Laeticia Hallyday to our colleagues. “First with a camcorder and then with our phones. Almost two years ago, I started thinking about a documentary on Johnny that would allow the public to discover my husband.

“It’s also their story…”

With William Karel, Hélène Darroze’s BFF wanted to orchestrate an authentic report in the image of Johnny Hallyday. “Discovering or rediscovering my husband, the man he was, the father he was, the enthusiast, the fighter, the immense musician he was”, underlined Laeticia Hallyday. “I knew that William could sublimate with modesty this intimacy shared with the public”. And that’s not all ! His two daughters Jade and Joy also took part in the project.

” They have […] agreed to testify in their own way in their documentary”, revealed the ex-mother-in-law of Laura Smet and David Hallyday. “I can’t wait for them to find out because it’s also their story. Vietnam, life in Los Angeles, holidays and Christmas with family and friends. In the first moments of the film, Johnny tells me ‘we never see these videos that you make’. I’m sure he would have liked this film because it looks like him”. All in all, a nice tribute!
