“It’s absolutely scandalous, it’s a reaction totally unworthy of a Prime Minister”, judge Tuesday February 27 on franceinfo Jean-Philippe Tanguy, deputy and deputy president of the RN group in the National Assembly. He reacted to the heated exchange between Gabriel Attal and Marine Le Pen in the National Assembly.

Asked during Questions to the Government about Emmanuel Macron’s statements concerning the hypothetical sending of French troops to Ukraine, the Prime Minister declared: “There is reason to wonder if Vladimir Putin’s troops are not already in our country, I am talking about you and your troops Madame Le Pen.” Through his remarks, Jean-Philippe Tanguy believes that Gabriel Attal “insults the RN and the voters of the RN”. The MP adds that “Mr. Attal would do better to ask himself why his government had authorized Mr. Putin to keep Europe on a leash with the two Nord Stream gas pipelines between Russia and Germany which have held Europe with their energy, this does not is not the RN”.

The executive responsible for Europe’s dependence on Russia, according to the MP

For Jean-Philippe Tanguy, Gabriel Attal seeks above all to “make the French forget their compromise with the Russian regime […] It is not Marine Le Pen who has governed France for 20 years, it is Mr. Attal and all his friends who have put France and Europe in a situation of dependence on Russia.”

Then asked about the debate in Parliament followed by a vote after the conclusion, on February 16, of a bilateral agreement between France and Ukraine, Jean-Philippe Tanguy said he was in favor of it: “Given the implications of this treaty, Parliament must debate and be consulted, this is completely normal.”
