At the Compayrot mill in Doazon there is always something happening after the flours, the oils here are the breads. We have just installed an oven that its owners must tame, says Cécile Dupouy, so a little more patience.

Corn flour, green lentils, ancient wheat, buckwheat, small spelled but also oils, 2 sunflower, one rapeseed, camelina and a new mustard test oil.

The mill installed comes from Austria, you can of course come and see it in operation and shop at the shop. Oil side “Oli Beroi” will be perfect to decorate your favorite dishes. At the Compayrot mill, you will also be given advice for cooking with the flours and oils of the house.
