“It’s a real manipulation of information” on the part of the Minister of Sports, accuses the lawyer of Noël Le Graët

“The summary of the audit report that the [ministre des Sports] made public says the opposite” of the final audit, said this Wednesday on franceinfo Florence Bourg, one of Noël Le Graët’s lawyers, the day after the resignation of the president of the French Football Federation. “It’s a real manipulation of information”, denounces the lawyer, while Noël Le Graët announced to file a complaint for defamation against Amélie Oudéa-Castera.

Florence Bourg accuses the Minister of Sports of having published on the ministry’s website and sent to the media a summary of the report which does not correspond to the final audit report. “No sexual messages” does not appear in the report according to the lawyer, who describes the audit ase “real empty shell” with “snippets of anonymous testimonies with nothing”. One of Noël Le Graët’s advices wants the audit to be made public.

Noël Le Graët wishes to be heard by the investigators

“Whether [Noël le Graët] hand, it’s because of pressure from the minister,” insists the lawyer. “She never stopped intervening”, continues Florence Bourg who denounces a “major political influence”. “We are outside of all our fundamental principles of independence, impartiality or contradictory”, complains the lawyer.

“We were never able to have access to anything in this audit to defend ourselves”, assures the lawyer. Florence Bourg specifies that Noël Le Graët has not yet been heard in the context of the investigation for sexual harassment which targets him. “Of course he will defend himself fist to fist”she assures.
