“It’s a childhood dream to do things with SM Caen”

France Bleu: Has the signing session already been a great moment?

Orelsan: It was crazy. It was crazy. I’m just a little disappointed because there were so many people that we couldn’t do everyone at once. There were a lot of people. We weren’t expecting so many people and that was too much fun. I was trying to go as quickly as possible. But at the same time, you don’t want to snub the people in front of you either. So yeah, I’m really sorry for those who came and didn’t get a dedication. But anyway, thank you. Thanks for coming.

FB: Did you expect so many people?

O: We didn’t think about it. I admit that there was no calculation on the number of people and all. We said to each other we are going to do signings from 4 to 6 p.m. and there, I don’t know how many people there were, but it was huge. I heard from 10,000 people, according to the demonstrators, 20 according to the police.

FB: And A day that ends with an entry onto the lawn of the D’Ornano Stadium to shoot a clip.

O: I walked into the D’Ornano stadium and it was cool. Frankly, it was phew. I did a lot of stuff during the game. I participated in many aspects of the match. I sang, I kicked off. What else did we do? I commented on the game. I made the crappy comments that no one has ever seen and I apologize for that too (laughs). And suddenly it was super cool. and we ended up making plans. But actually, when I talk to you, we’re still at the stadium and it’s like midnight. It’s phew to be in the stadium at midnight like that. Thank you very much to the people of Caen for participating in this day. It was very cool.

FB: A lot of people have also spoken about your future concert in Caen?

O: The concert is going to be phew! We always start the tours in Caen, so I think it will be super cool and it will be changed. It’s really cool. Many have asked me if we postpone a date. It’s not really me who manages it but we play Beauregard too. So come to Beauregard, it will be phew! And I can’t wait for the concert. I’m so happy to start. The album was released 24 hours ago, so bringing the tracks to the stage will be yet another step, it’s going to be cool.

FB: The Chairman of the Supervisory Board of SM Caen Pierre-Antoine Capton would like to associate personalities attached to the club with his project. Is he obviously thinking of you?

O: We talk to Pierre-Antoine for a lot of things. After me, I’m a fan of the club. Afterwards, I was a lot on my album but it is that I would like to invest myself in relation to the club. But I don’t quite know how. I don’t know football so well either. But in any case, I would be happy to do more stuff with the club, more stuff with the City. But maybe start small. Already tonight (Saturday), it was a thing where we do things with the club and after me I’m here anyway. It makes me too happy. In truth. It’s a childhood dream to do stuff with the club. Nothing but knowing the leaders. I talk a little with Olivier Pickeu and all. It’s a crazy dream, what.

FB: A nice big day

O: Ah yes it was a very good day and thank you everyone.
