What could be better than a meeting of Council of Europe foreign ministers to advance the Italian project to end the conflict in Ukraine? In Turin (Italy), Luigi Di Maio, Italian Foreign Minister, announced his plan: an international group to initiate negotiations. Germany refuses European debt for Ukraine. In Bonn (Germany), the members of the G7 promise to release nearly 20 billion euros for Ukraine.
