Residents of downtown Ottawa testified to the three weeks of hell they experienced this winter during their neighborhood with the Freedom Convoy before the Commission on the State of Emergency.

Uninterrupted honking, unavailable taxis, nights disrupted by noise: residents came to share their experience.
“It was impossible to sleep well,” says Zexi Li, who lived in anguish caused by the concerts of car horns and fireworks.
A second citizen shares her experience.
“There was no way to escape the noise,” said Victoria De La Ronde, who says she still suffers the impacts today.
The two residents also described the chaos that reigned in the streets of Ottawa. A lawless place, where they didn’t feel safe.
