Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is expected in Paris on Friday February 16 to sign with his counterpart Emmanuel Macron a security agreement between France and Ukraine. “There is one that was signed with Great Britain a few weeks ago, and it is part of a more global framework which ultimately aims to provide security guarantees to Ukraine.
