Hamas and Israel continue to fight, Monday October 9. The Israeli army is tracking Hamas fighters and strikes are increasing on both camps.
Fighting between Israel and the Palestinian armed group Hamas continues on Monday October 9. These clashes are located in seven or eight points around the Gaza Strip, in the south of the Jewish state. The Israeli army claims to have regained control of these areas, but the army chief believes that Palestinian fighters may still be present there.
123,000 displaced in the Palestinian enclave
According to the army, more than 500 targets of Hamas terrorists were struck. Benjamin Netanyahu, Prime Israeli minister, showed his determination to act. Hamas continues to fire long-range rockets from the Gaza Strip towards the center of the Hebrew State. The Israeli army has decided to evacuate all residents from around the Gaza Strip.
In the Palestinian territories, Israeli bombings continue and entire buildings are wiped off the map. Civilians are fleeing the fighting. 123,000 people are displaced in the Palestinian enclave because of Israeli strikes, according to the UN.
