The one who also embraces a career as an actor in cinema and theater is promoting the premiere of the adaptation of Ruy Blasby Victor Hugo at the theater, in which he will play from September 27.
Asked about his beginnings, Kad Merad made deep confidences about his childhood during which his parents worked hard to offer him the best. “My father tore himself apart for us! A lot, a lot… Especially financially, I don’t know how they did it. I had a moped, and when I see the price of a moped today, I tell me ‘How did they do it?’, we were three boys. I learned very late that my father was in debt to death… He went into debt to buy us a nice vacation, it was horrible!” he said.
Kad Merad warns Isabelle Ithurburu
During the interview, the 59-year-old actor was surprised by a gesture from the host and then said: “You kicked me, watch out.” Enough to provoke laughter from the latter. “There was a foot attempt” he insisted. As a reminder, Isabelle Ithurburu has been in a relationship since 2015 with musician Maxime Nucci, also known as Yodélice. Together, they have a daughter, named Mia, born on 1er August 2018.
