In Slovakia, former Prime Minister Robert Fico, whose populist Smer-SD party won Saturday’s legislative elections, risks tilting the diplomatic balance of his country very clearly in favor of the Kremlin: if his party comes to power, Slovakia will no longer send “a single bullet” to Ukraine, the 59-year-old former communist recently declared.
