In May 2021, 16-year-old Kylian was driving a scooter when he was hit by a friend, also on two wheels. The shock is deadly. That day, the two teenagers had drunk vodka sold in a Lidl supermarket. The prosecutor has requested a fine of 5,000 euros against the Lidl group, which disputes the accusation. “There is no evidence that this alcohol was sold to these two young teenagers”disputes master Sandrine De Lazzari, lawyer for Lidl.
