TF1 launched the new season of “Ninja Warrior” the hero’s journey on Saturday evening. For this seventh edition and like the previous ones, overtrained athletes compete in acrobatics and exploits to try to climb to the top of the famous “Tower of Heroes”. With for the most experienced, a new objective in sight: to dethrone the record established by Clément Gravier during the last final, broadcast in February 2022.
For the return of this TF1 program, viewers were not out of place and were able to find Denis Brogniart, Christophe Beaugrand at the animation and also the former Miss France Iris Mittenaere who collects reactions from families and candidates. In an interview with Télé Star, the young woman returned to the many criticisms she receives on social networks: “There are always people who criticize everything. It does not only affect personalities but women in general. It is also found in television; they are doubly criticized in relation to men. I don’t listen. It’s happened to me throughout my career and my life, in general, and I manage to prove them wrong because I’ve had my place since 2018.”she said.
The beauty queen, crowned miss universe in 2016, conceded to being hit on occasionally when she does her job: “It always happens the jokes a little heavy. With the Covid I was protected from people who wanted to approach me but this year everything went well. I had no problem, on the contrary, it made me feel good to find people a little, to take off the masks and to see smiles”, she rejoiced. No hard feelings!
